Our à la carte menu gives you a convenient way to address all of your property needs without a recurring bill. We care about keeping it simple and getting the job done right. No need to try your luck with an unknown “handyman.” Just send us a work order and get on with your life. We’ll get the job done and take the stress out of homeownership. No job is too small.
Everything is now billed out at our clear and simple hourly rate of $85 an hour (plus materials and disposal if needed). The minimum service call is $21.25. In lieu of Property Management annual fees we offer the following services at the same hourly rate:
A simple check of the home inside and out to assure you all is well. Text sent if desired.
We’ll get your house ready for you or your guests. This may include additional services based on your preferences.*
We’ll close your house after you or guests depart and make sure it is secure until your next visit.
*leaf blowing, light bulbs changed, hot tub checks, smoke detector batteries, etc.
